Chocolate Spread

Brilliant healthy version of chocolate spread to be used as a special treat occasionally, delicious when spread onto oil free bread or toast. Even stir into porridge for breakfast.

Ingredients:

70g Black beans, drained and rinsed
100g Dates
2 tbsp Cacao powder
2 tbsp Maple syrup OR date syrup
1 tbsp Agarve nectar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea salt

Method:

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until its as smooth as you can get it.

NOTE: Get better results with a NutriBullet smoothie maker.
